What is Stress ?
Stress is just like an illness which effects on our health badly. It can gradually effects badly on our mind also.It can harm the thinking ability of your mind. Stress is basically 'distraction'. Our body experiences this by constantly adjusting to the changing environment. It has physical and mental effects on us, which can be both positive or negative.From a positive perspective, stress gives us the motivation and strength to cope with difficult situations. If we see negative effects, it also destroys our mental and physical health. Stress is the distractions from the right chosen of your path to the different path. Work deadlines, family responsibility, pain, traffic jams, financial pressures, as well as promotion in the work area, new home and weddings are many causes of stress that are affecting us daily. Even the very pleasant changes that occur in our lives can be tiring at times. Change is stressful in itself. Also no change is stressful. This cannot be avoided. So we need to learn how to adjust it.
Stress is a product of this modern era, from which almost every person suffers. While some people deal with it easily, on the other hand, there are some people who are unable to cope with it and it affects their health.
Thus, stress is the leading cause of illness for most people, but many people remain unaware that it can make them heart patients or sugar patients if they take too much stress.Stress is the tension of something. This thing can be related to anything like home, person, office, school etc.
When you take a challenge or demand, then in that case the reaction given by your body is called stress. Often, stress can prove to be positive for us as it motivates us to do some work within the stipulated time frame, but when it increases significantly it can prove to be harmful for anyone.The word stress is still playing an important role in our lives. Although it is safe to say that having trouble or worrying to achieve something definitely leads you to your goal, but it is not a healthy sign if you feel emotional stress in your life. Too much stress can be the root cause of mental problems. Everyday we all face many difficulties in our life. Many times there are situations which we cannot handle even if we want to. So many times we have to face heavy tension while dealing with them.Many of us have become so accustomed to withstanding certain kinds of stresses that they are unable to feel them. Such tension is called eustress. If seen, this stress negatively affects your performance and ability to work.
To understand the medical process one has to understand this problem first. Nowadays it is impossible to imagine a person who does not experience mental stress. Be it personal, social or economic problems. Most people have to go through stress in dealing with these problems. Mental stress or stress also affects both body and mind, causing many physical and mental illnesses. Aromatherapy can cure stress.
